Sony Ericsson w8 Walkman Android Phone Review and Specs

Great news for the people who love to use Sony Ericsson cell phones, that the company has launched its first Android phone in popular walkman series. The new Sony Ericsson W8is an android operating system based cell phone in walkman series. It means a great music experience in an android phone.

The W8 Walkmanis a 3G handset with walkman player. It comes with a 3.0 inches of TFT touchscreen display with Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate. The cell phone has a 3.15 Megapixel camera with Geo-tagging and Video recording.

The cell phone has 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU and Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset. It has inbuilt 128 MB storage and it has also a microSD card slot to use memory cards up to 16GB. The phone has also a 168 MB RAM which boost the speed.

It is a GSM network based cell phone which works on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 network. The Sony Ericsson W8 supports GPRS, EDGE and 3G for internet surfing. It has another connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB.
